Site Foreman

Our client is a highly reputable General Contracting and Building Restorations company that provides a full range of services that include design build, preconstruction, construction management and general contracting. They pride themselves of their quality service and workmanship employing best practices throughout each stage of the construction and restoration process.

They are seeking a Site Foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Complete ICI projects ranging from $10K-$400K

– Complete tasks as per work schedule meeting strict deadlines and standards

– Supervise employees and other trades to ensure quality is optimal

– Ensure and enforce health and safety at all times

– Report to Upper Management with status updates on a daily basis

Requirements:

– 5+ years related ICI experience

– Excellent communication and problem solving skills

– Ability to supervise and oversee site operations

– Valid Driver’s license
