Our client is a large recognized leader in the event/exhibit marketing and design industry. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers, Boehringer Ingelheim, RBC and many more. They are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking a Sign Installer to join their team.

Travel:

The position will include travel to, but not limited to, some cities within North America

Responsibilities:

• Delivery and pick-up of various signage and marketing items
• Read blueprints for job layout
• Inspect all graphics prior to installation process
• Build, maintain and repair new and existing graphics, signage, and other forms of marketing materials
• Organization of warehouse, venue site, client site, etc.
• Detailed review of paperwork/workorder prior to carrying out deliverables
• Drive company cars, vans, or trucks up to 26ft
• Fabricate, construct, and repair structural woodwork and wood products
• Determine material requirements and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated
• Maintain carpentry supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a similar role
• Proficiency in adhesive vinyl graphic installation, including but not limited to graphic hording, automotive wraps, other simple to complex installations using adhesive vinyl
• Familiarity and proficiency in working with sign boxes, adhesive vinyl, channel letters, LED’s, neon, and other various indoor/outdoor signage applications
• Ability and flexibility to work on site both indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scissor lifts and other forms of vertical incline equipment
• Ability to use manual and power tools
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Valid drivers license with a clean abstract
