Service Manager – Facility Services

Our client is a large, recognized leader in real estate management services. They have set the standard within their industry and provide a complete spectrum of a client’s real estate needs including facility management, operations and maintenance, asset management and energy and utility management.

They are seeking a Service Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and execute service project work completed by the Technical Services Teams in Canada

– Look for project development opportunities

– Manage incoming leads

– Lead estimating processes and obtain required approvals

– Assist in the development of budgets and objectives

– Work with operations leaders to resource and deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

– 5+ years of relevant experience in project management

– University graduation of professional certification (P. Eng, CMA etc)

– Ability to build technical solutions for clients

– Strong oral and written communication skills
