Senior Estimator/Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Interpret spec sheets and drawings to discern potential bidding opportunities

– Design tapered roof layouts and prepare takeoffs

– Generate accurate quotations based on specified assemblies, designs and layouts

– Prepare breakdown sheets based on approved shop drawings and submit to production department

– Prepare shop drawings and submit for approval

– Prepare Bill-of-Lading and submit to production

Requirements:

– 5+ years roofing estimation experience

– Taper-Plus and AutoCAD software experience

– Excellent communication and time management skills

– Self-motivated

– Valid driver’s license
