Senior Analyst

They are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Perform financial analysis and estimation for low-rise construction

– Estimate construction costs including material, labour and servicing

– Prepare financial reports and other required analysis with the project team

– Monitor the status of construction projects and review reports for accuracy

– Coordinate process, design and structure to improve efficiency

Requirements:

– 3+ years related experience

– Experience in the construction industry

– Degree in engineering or construction management

– Strong written, and oral communication skills
