Security System Technician

Our client delivers end-to-end technology based products to improve the security and functionality of residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. They design, sell and install systems that secure, connect and entertain and have an outstanding reputation for providing quality products and services to their customers.

They are seeking a Security System Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Install and service security alarm systems

– Conduct pre-installation evaluation and planning (including networking, home audio, home theatre, rough-in wiring, sensors)

– Troubleshoot malfunctions and make necessary repairs

– Provide on-site customer security solutions

– Follow up on work orders and service solutions

Requirements:

– 2+ years related experience

– Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings

– Ability to repair and install security systems

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Valid driver’s license
