Security System Technician

Our client is a Vancouver based company that has become a fast growing leader in the Commercial Security Market. They have been providing security systems in various fields including Hospitals, Commercial/Industrial Buildings, Government Buildings and Post-Secondary Institutions. Operating for over 20 years, they a have been recognized as on of the largest integrator’s in Canada.

They are currently looking to hire an entry level Security System Technician to join their office in Burnaby.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for running and pulling wiring

– Perform installations of numerous electronic devices including cameras, fire alarms and fob readers

– Installing conduit

– Completion of work in a timely manner

Requirements:

– Ability to work with various hand tools

– Self motivated and ability to multitask

– High attention to detail

– Excellent computer skills (an asset)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
