They are seeking an Office Administrator to join their growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

– Enter expenses and invoices into QuickBooks

– WSIB submission

– Assist company with developing in house administrative processing

– Assist with creating scopes of work, material ordering, etc.

– Other duties assigned

 

Requirements:

– Administration experience in a construction company

– Experience using QuickBooks Software

– HST/source deduction knowledge in considered an asset

– Proficient in Excel and Word document

– High attention to detail

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Good customer service skills
