Lead Handyman

Our client is a high-end commercial and residential renovator and custom home builder. With over 25 years of experience, this family owned and operated construction firm takes deep pride in their work and have continued to experience steady growth in the industry.

They are seeking a Lead Handyman to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Complete residential renovations from start to finish

– Service work on condominium buildings

– Demolition, wood/steel framing, drywall, taping repairs, finish carpentry, minor concrete, painting

– Report to Project Manager with status updates

– Manage subtrades and general labourers

Requirements:

– 7+ years related experience

– Ability to work independently

– Valid drivers license

– Own truck

– Own tools
