General Labourer – GTA

Compensation:

$18.00 – $28.00/hourly

About the Company:

Our Client is an established infrastructure and road construction company operating successfully throughout the GTA. They are a full service construction company offering estimation, engineering, site management, safety and post-construction services. They are seeking General Labourers to fill their contract positions in Ajax, Downtown Toronto and Burlington.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Semi-skilled and manual labour
• Topsoil and sod cleanup
• Site cleanup
• Site preparation
• Concrete chipping
• Assist with lifting, loading and unloading
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Outdoor work
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Experience in the Construction industry is an asset
• Own transportation and driver’s license (asset)
• Working at Heights Certificate, WHMIS, OHSA in 4 steps & Book 7/Traffic Control (asset)
• Steel toe boots, hard hat and safety vest
