Our client is a high quality custom cabinetry installer and manufacturer of kitchens, baths, closets, offices, laundry room, wall units and many more. Operating for over 50 years, they are an award-winning company with an excellent reputation of providing top-quality products to their customers and have been recognized in popular home magazines and seen on television broadcasts such as HGTV.

They are currently seeking an experience Finishing Shop Supervisor who is driven to meet deadlines and motivate staff the maximum.

Responsibilities:

– Perform day-to-day activities ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner

– Lead and manage a team of sanders and spray painters

– Liaise and coordinate with clients , contractors and suppliers

– Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines at all times

– Other duties assigned

Requirements:

– Experience in custom wood cabinetry

– Experience as a finishing foreman is considered an asset

– Excellent organization and communication skills

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
