About the Company:

Our client specializes in the consulting, design, manufacturing, and installation of architectural and structural precast concrete for builders, developers, and architects across Canada & North Eastern USA. They are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking Concrete Mixing Operator to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Operate the machinery and ensure its good functioning
• Follow quality manual and health and safety policies and procedures
• Participate in maintenance work, mould changes and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Complete quality and production reports
• Look after the curing of the products to ensure a good curing
• Clean up tasks as required, like cleaning Press / Mixer, keeps work area and toolbox clean

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Relevant work experience is a must
• Manufacturing work experience
• Good team work skills and initiative
• Safety oriented
• Good mechanical aptitudes and capability to progress as a machine operator
• Good learning capabilities
• Capability to perform continual physical work
