About the Company:

Our client is a Canadian owned and operated company that provides a comprehensive suite of

services to building owners and managers.  They service the commercial, industrial and multi-

residential clients who require assistance in managing and maintaining the many systems within

their buildings. They are growing at a rapid pace and are currently seeking a Carpenter Foreman to

join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Completing a scope of work on job sites
• Compete restoration tasks while leading a team of 1-3 semi-skilled helpers/laborers
• Effectively communicate jobs with homeowners, employees, and Codam Management
• Be proactive with addressing and communicating job-site challenges, material needs, scope changes and customer concerns
• Run all aspects of the job from start to finish
• Manage a budget and timeframe for completion
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in residential renovation/restoration construction
• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean abstract and a working cell phone
• Knowledge and experience with residential trade skills: drywall, taping, flooring, trim, painting, framing, doors/windows, etc.
• General knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems.  HVAC system knowledge a bonus
• Excellent time management and job budget/cost management skills
• Excellent, leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Willing to train and lead a crew
