About the Company:

Our client is a large and fast growing HVAC Company servicing the High-Rise, Multi-Residential, Commercial and Industrial Markets in Southern Ontario. They find energy efficient solutions and deliver in a cost effective way. They are looking for a Building Automation System Technician to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers and contractors to support the installing, monitoring, and servicing of our client’s Building Automation Systems
• Troubleshoot and monitor BAS controls through remote devices
• Respond to alarms as per department procedures and protocols
• Perform remote system interrogations to ensure proper functioning
• Perform programing and coding adjustments as required
• Maintain customer site logs and generate reports as directed
• Ensure documentation is complete and open issues are properly resolved
• Assist with the start- up and commission Building Automation Systems
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Technical degree/diploma in BAS and/or HVAC systems
• Experience with BAS/HVAC systems
• Possesses analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail skills with the ability to work independently
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer support skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
