Outside Sales Representative

Our client is an established and experienced Canadian Manufacturer who specializes in both residential and commercial skylight systems. Operating for over 50 years, they offer a complete selection of quality plastic and glass glazed skylights for residential applications and various glazing materials for commercial and industrial applications. They proudly continue to service their new and existing unique clients in Canada and the United States.

They are currently looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team at their Vaughan office.

Responsibilities:

– Communicate with customers and clients regarding products, services, purchase orders, concerns and other questions

– Develop and maintain close relations with customers and clients

– Generate leads by explaining and demonstrating company products and services to various property managers and building owners

– Communicate and coordinate with manufacturing department for logistic delivery details

– Prepare and complete any documents associated with any orders

– Update and maintain customer database to include data entry on orders and other daily procedures

– Other customer services related duties as required

Requirements:

– 4+ years of sales and marketing experience with proven track records in B2B

– Skylight industry experience is preferred

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (French is considered an asset)

– Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor

– Strong computer skills

– Valid Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
