About the Company:
Our client is a company that specializes in new construction and renovations of commercial and residential properties. They are current investors in the real estate market and have experienced rapid growth. They are currently seeking a Skilled Labourer to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with apartment renovations
• Load and unload materials
• Ensure sites are kept clean and tidy
• Assist with demolition
• Report to property manager
• Perform occasional pick ups or delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in renovations
• Valid G class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
• Punctuality is a must
• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend and stand for long periods of time
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times
