Site Supervisor – High Rise

Our client is an established, top leading construction contractor in the building development industry. They are known for designing, developing and building beautiful high-rise condominiums for over 3 decades. Presented with a rating of excellence, and winning various awards for their yearly projects, they continue to service the industry by creating benchmarks within the GTA communities.

They are currently seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in High Rise buildings for their growing team.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee performance of all trades and reviewing architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and regulatory abidance

– Complete drawings ranging from 500k – 10M+

– Ensuring and enforce safety compliance through the jobsite

– Select and coordinate subcontractors through project phase

– Help develop cost effective plans and schedules to complete projects

Requirements:

– 3+ years of related experience

– Experience supervising high rise projects

– Excellent reading interpretation of blueprints and specifications

– Experience working in occupied spaces

– Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
