Service and Sales Parts Representative

Our client is a large, reputable company that offers innovative environmentally friendly products and services to renowned transit organizations both in the public and private sectors. Canadian owned operating for over 15 years, they offer a wide range of services in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa that include but are not limited to fleet maintenance, mobile repair, engine rebuilds, and oil changes. They have a highly knowledgeable and fully licensed staff of service technicians ready to perform immediate service work to deliver the best quality to its customers.

They are seeking a Service and Sales Parts Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Provide support to existing and potential customers

– Cold calling to secure new customers

– Promptly respond to new leads

– Meet with new clients and assist in analyzing their needs while promoting company service and parts

– Schedule visits and receive orders from existing customers

– Assist with marketing and sales development

– Make sales and obtain new orders and contracts for part sales

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience in sales of Heavy Duty parts and materials

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine solutions for clients

– Strong oral communication and presentation skills

– Must be well organized, a self starter and results oriented

– Valid driver’s license and vehicle
