About the Company:

Our client is a leader in the production and manufacturing of metal and steel materials. They have been known for their excellent customer service and delivery of top-quality products to many industries across North America. They have recently opened a large industrial plant and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and complete industrial, commercial and institutional projects from conception to completion

– Lead development of schedules, budgets, take-offs, estimates, pricing, tenders and contracts

– Schedule and monitor job progress

– Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

– Other duties assigned

Requirements:

– Educational background in construction, engineering, architectural or any related field

– Experience working for a General Contractor is a must

– 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

– PMP or other industry related certification

– Bilingual: English and Mandarin/Chinese is considered an asset

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

– Strong written and oral communication skills

– Strong organizational and time-management skills
