About the Company

Our client is a flooring retailer located in North York. They specialize in the sales and installation of laminate, hardwood, vinyl and carpet flooring for their clients in the GTA. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing project manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify scope of work and job requirements
• Estimate labour and material costs
• Coordinate and manage installations
• Perform inspections for upcoming and ongoing work
• Identify deficiencies in projects and problem solve quick and effective solutions
• Manage workflow of labourers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the flooring industry
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sales experience is an asset
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract
