Paint Sales Associate

About the Company:

Our client is a busy paint supplier that has been successfully operating for over 25 years! They work closely with contractors, fabricators, property managers and to the public. They are seeking a reliable Paint Sales Associate to run the operations in their Concord location.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the paint counter on a daily basis
• Offer expertise on colour matching and paint product selection
• Maintain awareness on all promotions and advertisements
• Assist with training and development of peers
• Uphold store cleanliness and merchandise
• Participate in process of new shipments and keep supplies organized
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a paint store environment
• Knowledge of retail computer system
• Able to work within a team and possess leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, must be organized and possess a high attention to detail
• Ability to stand for a long period of time
• Ability to lift and carry 65lbs+
