Job description
Our client is a medium sized general contractor in the residential market who works on all interior and exterior home renovation and addition projects both small and large. Based in Etobicoke and completing work across the GTA, they are a rapidly growing progressive home renovations company with a casual and friendly team working environment that offers flexible hours and lots of growth potential.
They are currently seeking an Office Administrator / Production Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to project managers, management and employees
– Prepare and administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, payroll and other documents as requested by management
– Correspond directly with clients regarding support, progress updates and status of payment or cases
– Manage incoming calls
– Other general office duties including: filing, faxing, etc.
Requirements:
– 2+ years related experience working as an administrator in a construction environment
– Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
– Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Quick-books
