Responsibilities:

• Perform daily scheduling of templators, fabricators and installers
• Ensure proper allocation and efficient distribution of projects
• Oversee and monitor job progress
• Organize and manage meeting deadlines
• Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling
• Customer service experience is required
• Possess a high attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
