Landscaper – Hardscape/ Interlock Installation

$18.00 – $30.00/hourly

About the Company:

Our Client is a residential & commercial hardscape construction company located in Woodbridge, Ontario. They are experts in outdoor pool and backyard landscaping in the commercial and residential sector. They services include but not limited to: interlock of driveways/walkways, outdoor fireplaces, retaining walls, stone columns, demolition, excavation and 3D rendering.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Safely operate hand tools 
• Measure and cut for accuracy
• Be hands-on in the field and directly involve themselves in all aspects of the construction project 
• Daily documentation of on-site activities and progress
• Ensuring all Health and Safety protocols are being followed
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Hard working and self motivated
• Must be able to read and follow plans and drawings
• Must be able to lift, push or pull heavy objects and be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge in laying and cutting interlock patterns
• Experience in heavy equipment operating is considered an asset 
• Must have a valid “G” class drivers license and reliable transportation
