About the Company:
Our client is a large and recognized leader in the retail signage industry. Operating for over 20 years, they provide design, fabrication and installation services for commercial sectors like grocery stores, beverage manufacturers, restaurants and pharmacies across Canada and the US.
They are seeking an Installation Manager to add to their team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day graphics and signage installations from start to completion
- Manage graphics and signage installations and services to ensure that it is completed as per the quote, drawings, specifications, and budget
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team and the management
- Review work orders, provide quality control, and give updates with the management
- Collaborate with clients in terms of follow-ups, invoices, and billing
- Identify new business opportunities with other customers
- Schedule and allocate work with employees, monitor timesheets, and review safety training certifications
- Mentor junior and apprentice installers
- In charge of order and check in products & hardware from suppliers
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong industry experience in production and installation of large format prints & signages
- Experience as a Manager or a Supervisor/Team Lead
- Experience in installations of windows vinyl and walls
- Certified 3M Vinyl
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings & blueprints
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Acrobat
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Up-to-date Safety Training certifications (Scissor lift, Working at Heights, etc.)
- Valid Ontario License and own vehicle
