About the Company:

Our client is an established, top leading construction contractor in the building development industry. For over 50 years, they are providing a wide range of services that include design-build, preconstruction, construction management and general contracting particularly on a new construction, ground up, commercial facilities and renovation of retail projects across North America.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, execute and finalize projects on budget and in a timely manner

– Maintain quality control pre-inspections and inspections during and after renovation project

– Meet, communicate , coordinate and provide customer service with clients

– Provide quotations and estimates to clients

– Ensure all work is completed as per the company standards

Requirements:

– Experience as a Project Manager in the industry is a must

– Excellent communication skills and written skills

– Excellent planning and time management skills

– Strong knowledge in use of computer and relevant programs
